At Mariners Learning System, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nautical-inspired apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
